May 11: Kindergarten Registration 8-6
5th grade to tour CMS
May 13: ALL library books due
May 18: PreK Applications 11:30-6:00
May 26: Last day of school 1/2 day- report cards sent home
June 1-4: Parent Input Form available on CES website
July 1-15: Online registration for returning students for 2021-2022 school year
July 27: New student registration

Every Friday will be a distance learning day for ALL students through the end of May.
Every Monday: Distance Learning packet drop-off/pick-up 8:00-10:30

Student Arrival to School Procedures:
Buses: (students must wear a mask on the bus)
All buses will unload at the front of the school.
All students will be screened symptoms of illness when exiting the bus.
Hand sanitizer will be available for students as they enter the building.
Car Riders:(students must wear a mask to be screened and to enter the school)
Please follow car rider drop-off procedures and route posted on the car riders page.

Please do not come to school if:
You are sick.
Showing symptoms of COVID-19
Awaiting test results from a COVID-19 test
Running a fever of 100.4 or above
You have been exposed to a person with COVID-19

Crestview Elementary School is a rural, public school located in the northern part of Tipton County.
CES serves students in Prekindergarten through 5th grade.
